一体化净（jìng）水装置和城市供水厂（chǎng）的（de）净化流程一样（yàng）。它有：混凝池、沉淀池（chí）、过滤（lǜ）池（chí）、水质稳定装置、反冲洗装置、水泵及（jí）电气控（kòng）制柜（guì）。现分别介绍（shào）如下：

       1、混凝池：投加混凝（níng）剂的原水由（yóu）进水管（guǎn）进（jìn）入（rù）混凝（níng）池内，用特制的（de）搅拌机搅动，使水（shuǐ）中的悬浮物（wù）和（hé）混凝剂充分接触反应形成矾花。

       2、沉淀（diàn）室：水经加混凝剂混凝后形成矾花，流到设（shè）备的沉淀池内进行沉淀，沉淀池采用斜（xié）管（guǎn）沉淀（diàn）法，经过梯（tī）形斜板沉淀室沉淀完成固液分离，沉淀下来（lái）的污泥排入泥斗（dòu）。

       3、过滤池（chí）：经（jīng）沉淀后（hòu）的水流到过滤（lǜ）池过（guò）滤，滤池结构：底部为布水（shuǐ）管，中部（bù）为石英（yīng）砂，上（shàng）部为无烟煤。过滤速（sù）度为10m/h，最后清水（shuǐ）流到（dào）清（qīng）水池内消毒处（chù）理（lǐ）后饮用。过滤（lǜ）池（chí）反冲周期（qī）为12小时（shí）左（zuǒ）右，反（fǎn）冲时（shí）间为5-10分钟。

一体化净水器适用于江、河、湖、水（shuǐ）库（kù）等（děng）以地表水为水（shuǐ）源的给（gěi）水工程的水质净水，中水回用、及煤矿尾矿水、洗（xǐ）煤水、浴池、游（yóu）泳池、洗车（chē）场、造纸、印染、电镀和（hé）其它工业废水的（de）水质（zhì）净（jìng）化（huà）。
